The new Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute is a 34,200 sq. ft. building that conducts research and provides services for athletes and North American corporations related to mental and physical health. The new global headquarters is in Orlando’s Lake Nona community and is a one-story performance training center. The building will serve as the hub for the firm’s research and development science-based high-performance energy management.
Acousti Engineering’s scope included Interior & Exterior Metal Framing, exterior waterproofing and all the Interior and Exterior Acoustical Ceilings and wall panels. The building has a sleek and modern design, taking into account the particular climatic conditions of the area and is right in the heart of a vibrant community for medical care, research and education. The new facility helps individuals and organizations unleash their potential and their capacity for peak performance and wellbeing.
