UF Broward Dining Hall

Acousti partnered with Parrish McCall Construction on the renovation and expansion of University of Florida's Broward Hall Dining Room that upgraded the original 20,000 SF space to a state of the art 39,000 SF eatery, increasing seating capacity from 500 to 750. The Gainesville team installed custom USG angular ceiling clouds, 9Wood hybrid wood grille ceilings, Armstrong tectum direct applied panels, and multiple types of standard acoustical ceilings on this project to both aid in sound absorption for this busy space as well as contribute to the modern design aesthetic envisioned by the customer.
